New Construction Inspection

A new construction inspection from Fuster Home Inspections verifies that construction during the home building process is structurally sound and up to code. This inspection also focuses on ensuring proper installation the home’s mechanical systems and components, particularly doors, windows and plumbing fixtures, as well as standard appliances. It is important to have an impartial third-party inspection to ensure that nothing was rushed or overlooked before your home’s pre-final walkthrough.

Pre-Drywall Inspection

A pre-drywall inspection is performed after the completion of framing and before the installation of insulation during a new home’s construction. This inspection is a necessary assessment of the structure and components of your home that will become inaccessible as building progresses.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Before you place your home on the market for sale, you want to be sure you have no hidden issues that could jeopardize a buyer’s offer. A pre-listing inspection from Fuster Home Inspections enables you to price your home according to its current condition or make repairs before listing it for the highest possible price. This inspection gives you confidence as a seller and can shorten the time your home spends on the market.

One-Year Anniversary Inspection

A one-year anniversary inspection is completed approximately 30 days before the expiration of the builder’s one-year warranty on new home construction. This inspection identifies any defects that need to be addressed by the builder before your home’s one-year warranty expires.

Re-Inspection

After repairs are made from an initial home inspection’s finding, we are available to perform a re-inspection to verify that those repairs are performed responsibly and up to code. A re-inspection gives you the peace of mind that your money and time are being well spent to make sure your home is in its best condition.  Repeat customers will receive 10% off this service!

Radon Testing

Radon gas is radioactive, colorless and odorless. It is heavier than air but lighter than soil, so it tends to collect in basements or lower levels in homes. The EPA has identified radon gas as the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States and the leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers. The only effective way to know if your home has a higher than average radon concentration is to perform a radon test. The test takes about 48 hours and will determine if radon levels in your home are within safety standards. Protect your family with a non-invasive radon test from Fuster Home Inspection today!

Termite Inspection

Termites and wood destroying insects (WDIs) are inconvenient pests to homeowners and can compromise the structural integrity of your home. We will visually assess your home to help you understand the threat of termites and take the necessary steps for your home’s protection.
